It is true that all SOE reforms can't undertake a one-size-suits-all strategy. Diverse SOEs need to be dealt with differently. This remedy needs to be based upon the basic principle of the government possessing no part in company.  The International Finance Company (IFC) also approved a $ four hundred million facility to aid Sri Lanka to buy impo
